CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are hereby notified that that Mr. Jose Vieira-Pereira has resigned
as Financial Director of Insimbi with effect from 29 February 2012.
Mr. Frederick Botha (CA(SA)), Commercial Director for the past 9 years and to
whom the Financial Director reported during his tenure, will with effect from 1
March 2012 also assume the day to day responsibilities of the Financial Director
of Insimbi,. As a result of the consolidation of the Commercial and Financial
Director roles, two new positions have been created and a financial manager and
internal audit manager are being recruited.
The Board of Insimbi wish to thank Mr. Vieira-Pereira for his leadership and the
contribution he has made, and wishes him every success with his new career.
