CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Afrox shareholders are hereby advised of the resignation of Mr Frederick Kotzee
as the Financial Director of the Company, effective on 31 March 2012. Mr Kotzee
has made a valuable contribution to Afrox since joining the Company in April
2010, playing a key role in its reorganisation and modernisation to reflect the
realities of doing business in today`s economic environment. The Directors,
management and staff of Afrox would like to thank Mr Kotzee for his invaluable
contribution to the Company and we wish him well in his new endeavours.
A recruitment process to seek a suitable replacement for the position of
Financial Director has been commissioned.
