STRIKE WARRANT - HYPIVB
The Directors of Hyprop Investments Limited have declared a debenture
interest distribution payable on the Monday, 26 March 2012 of 137 cents per
unit. Due to this distribution the strike price of the above warrant will be
adjusted and the announcement thereof will be made accordingly on the ex-
distribution date, being Friday, 16 March 2012.
