CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
1 In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) and 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby informed of the
following changes to the Board of Directors of Dorbyl ("the Board"):
1.1 The appointment of Mr Johannes Theron ("Janus") as Financial
Director to the Board with effect from 1 March 2012. Janus holds
a B Compt Accounting (Honours) degree and has been with the Company
since December 2009, in charge of various financial functions having
been financial manager since August 2011.
1.2 The retirement of Mr. Peter Milton Bester ("Peter") as independent non-
executive director of the Board with effect from 29 February 2012.
2 The Board would like to thank Peter for his valued contributions to the
Company and wishes him all the best with his well deserved retirement.
