TOP FIX: RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary resolutions and special
resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Top Fix held today, 29
February 2012 ("the AGM") were passed by the requisite majorities of
shareholders present or represented at the AGM.
The special resolutions where applicable, will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
