RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Finbond wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr Paul
Mavrothalassitis, as an executive director of the Company, with immediate
effect.
Following the departure of Mr Mavrothalassitis from the Company, the board
of Finbond will be comprised of a majority of non-executive directors, in
compliance with the King Code of Governance Principles.
