CONVERSION OF THE SHARE CAPITAL TO SHARES OF NO PAR VALUE
1. Introduction
Shareholders are referred to the results of general meeting announcement
released on SENS on 8 February 2012 and the revision of salient dates
announcement released on SENS on 24 February 2012 and are advised that the
special resolution relating to the conversion of the Company`s share
capital to shares of no par value has now been registered by CIPC.

conversion of the share capital to shares of no par value are set out
