group audited financial statements for the period ended 31 August 2011, was
dispatched yesterday (29 February 2012) and contains no material changes to
information contained in the reviewed results, which were announced on SENS on
Thursday, 27 October 2011.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the company,
which will be held at 6A Sandown Valley Crescent, Sandown, Sandton on Monday, 16
