Appointment of Financial Director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of BioScience is pleased to announce the
appointment of Richard Jubber as financial director with effect from 1 March
2012.. Richard is a Chartered Accountant who joined BioScience Brands as
Financial Manager in 2008 after completing his articles with
PricewaterhouseCoopers in Durban.
Accordingly, Mr Mike Allan`s temporary appointment as Financial Director falls
away and he continues as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
