FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements
released on SENS on 7 December 2011 and 18 January 2012 relating to the
acquisition of letting enterprises and properties from various vendors by
Rebosis.
Linked unitholders are advised that as the company is finalising its due
diligence in respect of each of the acquisitions, it is not yet in a position to
release the financial effects of the acquisitions.
Linked unitholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is released.
