DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of
the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Investec Asset
Management Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("Investec Asset Management") has
notified Premium that it has acquired a beneficial interest in securities of the
company, such that the total beneficial interest of Premium securities held by
Investec Asset Management is now 6.05% of the total issued Premium securities.
