RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of FoneWorx ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr Robert Russell, a director of FoneWorx, and Mr Dean Zwarts,
a director of FoneWorx Proprietary Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of
FoneWorx), have resigned with effect from 1 March 2012.
