Change in Directorate
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, KML wishes to
announce the following changes to the Board:
- The resignation of Mr A Patel as a non-executive director as well as a
member of the Investment, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the
Company with effect from 1 March 2012;
- The resignation Ms Z J Matlala as a non-executive director of the Company
with effect from 1 March 2012;and
- The appointment of Mr W B Cosby (previously alternate director) as a non-
executive director of the Company and a member of the Investment,
Remuneration and Nomination Committees with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Mr Patel and Ms Matlala for their
contribution and service to the Company over the years as non-executive
directors of the Company.
