CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Tradehold shareholders are advised that Dr Ian Crockford has resigned as a
non-executive director of the Company with effect from 28 February 2012.
Further to this, Tradehold is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr
Melvin Roberts as an independent non-executive director to the board of the
Company with effect from 28 February 2012.
