DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 30 December 2009 which
described the hedging transactions entered into by Mr. Gore and Mr. Swartzberg,
over a portion of their respective holdings in Discovery shares. The shares
subject to the collar amount to 22% (12.12 million shares) and 15% (4.26 million
shares) of Mr. Gore and Mr. Swartzberg`s holdings of Discovery shares
respectively.
Mr. Gore and Mr. Swartzberg have agreed with the counter-party to increase the
strike price of the collar as indicated in the table below. All other terms of
the hedging transactions as announced on 30 December 2009 remain unchanged:
