TERMINATION OF LISTING ON THE JOHANNESBURG STOCK EXCHANGE ("JSE")
The JSE wishes to advise that the listing of the above-mentioned company will be
terminated with effect from the commencement of business on Monday, 19 March
2012 due to the company`s failure to inject viable assets which meet with the
criteria for listing. The record date to determine the shareholders` register
will be Friday, 16 March 2012.
