CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements,
the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Ms Debbie Zwane-Chikura has resigned as Chief Operating
Officer and executive director from the Board in order to pursue other
interests with immediate effect. The Chairman, Mr Robert Gumede and the
Board would like to thank Ms Zwane-Chikura for her contribution to the
Company. As an interim measure, the operating divisions of the Company will
report to the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jonas Bogoshi, also with immediate
effect.
The Board is also proud to announce the appointment of Dr Mark Bussin as a
non-executive director to the Board with immediate effect. Dr Bussin is an
expert in remuneration matters with a wealth of experience and has been
serving as a member of the Company`s Remuneration and Nomination Committee
since 2009.
