DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Bosjacob (Proprietary) Limited ("Bosjacob") purchased the following Premium
linked units on the open market:
- 243 040 Premium linked units at a price of R14.60 per linked unit, with a
total value of R3 548 384 on 29 February 2012.
Non-Executive chairman Sharon Wapnick and managing director Jeffrey Wapnick
each have an indirect beneficial holding of 33.3% in the share capital of
Bosjacob respectively.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements.
