DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KIO SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA IRON ORE LTD
ORDINARY SHARES and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
KUMBA IRON ORE LTD ORDINARY SHARES (KIO) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 2250 cents per KIONIF share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 19 March 2012.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 09 March 2012. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 March 2012.and
the record date is Friday, 16 March 2012.
