RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM") AND GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors of the Company are pleased to announce that at the AGM
of the Company held today, Friday, 2 March 2012 at 10h00, all the resolutions
presented in the notice of AGM were unanimously passed by the shareholders.
In addition, at the general meeting of the Company held directly after the AGM
today, which notice was included and posted to shareholders as part of the
circular dated 9 February 2012; all the resolutions presented in the notice
of general meeting were also unanimously passed by the shareholders.
