of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Cipla
Medpro has been notified that Allan Gray Proprietary Limited`s clients
("Allan Gray`s clients") have, collectively, acquired an interest in
securities of the company, such that the total interest of Cipla Medpro
securities held by Allan Gray`s clients has increased to 10.0622% of the
total issued Cipla Medpro securities.
