CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RETIREMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
as referred to in an announcement dated 15 November 2011, Cashbuild
shareholders are informed that Mr Pat Goldrick, Chief Executive of
Cashbuild, has retired from the board of directors with effect from 2 March
2012.
The board of directors thanks Pat for his invaluable contribution to the
group over the past 15 years and wish him well with his future endeavours.
