RESULTS OF INITIAL OFFER FOR NEWWAVE SILVER EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES ("Silver
Notes" or the "ETNs")
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 20 February 2012,
applications totalling ZAR 3 585 948.74 were received.
The Initial Issue Price of a Silver Note is ZAR 2.6475, determined as the
Rand Equivalent of the spot USD price of one-hundredth of a troy ounce of
Silver on 2 March 2012.
Accordingly, 1 354 466 Silver Notes have been approved for listing by the
JSE Limited ("JSE") on the main board in the JSE`s ETN sub-sector, with
effect from Monday, 12 March 2012.
The conditions to issue have been waived by the Issuer.
