RESULTS OF INITIAL OFFER FOR NEWWAVE PLATINUM EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES
("Platinum Notes" or the "ETNs")
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 20 February 2012,
applications totalling ZAR 13 920 817.24
The Initial Issue Price of a Platinum Note is ZAR 128.53, determined as the
Rand Equivalent of the spot USD price of one-hundredth of a troy ounce of
Platinum on 2 March 2012.
Accordingly, 108 308 Platinum Notes have been approved for listing by the
JSE Limited ("JSE") on the main board in the JSE`s ETN sub-sector, with
effect from Monday, 12 March 2012.
The conditions to issue have been waived by the Issuer.
