RESULTS OF INITIAL OFFER FOR NEWWAVE USD EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES ("USD Notes" or
the "ETNs")
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 20 February 2012, applications
totalling ZAR 2 513 910.00 were received.
The Initial Issue Price of a USD Note is ZAR 7.50, determined as the Rand
Equivalent of the Initial Offer Price per USD Note, calculated on 2 March 2012
using a ZAR/USD exchange rate of 7.50/1.
Accordingly, 335 188 USD Notes have been approved for listing by the JSE Limited
("JSE") on the main board in the JSE`s ETN sub-sector, with effect from Monday,
12 March 2012.
The conditions to issue have been waived by the Issuer.
