Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance with regard
to the possible distribution by the STANLIB Exchange Traded Fund ("ETF") to
holders of the STANLIBSX ETF securities for the quarter ending 31 March 2012.
Last day to trade "cum" distribution Friday, 23 March 2012
Securities trade "ex" distribution Monday, 26 March 2012
Record date Friday, 30 March 2012
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation may take place between Monday, 26
March 2012 and Friday, 30 March 2012, both days inclusive.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed, if any, and the payment date
will be made 14 (fourteen) business days after the record date.
