DIVIDEND DECLARATION IN RESPECT OF 351.123 CENTS PER NON-REDEEMABLE, NON-
PARTICIPATING, CUMULATIVE ASTRAPAK PREFERENCE SHARES
Holders of Astrapak preference shares are advised that the salient dates for the
eleventh dividend declaration in respect of the non-redeemable, non-
participating, cumulative preference shares in Astrapak ("preference shares"),
in the amount of 351.123 cents per preference share for the period between 4
October 2011 and 30 March 2012, will be as follows:
Last day to trade Friday, 23 March 2012
Shares commence trading "ex" the preference Monday, 26 March 2012

Payment date of the preference share dividend Monday, 2 April 2012
Certificated holders of preference shares may not dematerialise or rematerialise
their preference share certificates, between Monday, 26 March 2012 and
Friday, 30 March 2012, both days inclusive.
In the event that there is a change to the prime rate between the preference
share dividend declaration date ("the dividend declaration date") and the
preference share dividend payment date ("the dividend payment date"), the
prevailing prime rate at the dividend declaration date will be applied from the
dividend declaration date to the dividend payment date.
The effect of the aforementioned will be that the preference share dividend will
not be adjusted for any changes in the prime rate between the dividend
declaration date and the dividend payment date.
