CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, the board
of Top Fix is pleased to advise that Ms Sarah Liezel Kemp has been appointed as
acting executive financial director with effect from 29 February 2012.
Liezel, (38) CA (SA) started as a learner accountant in 1992 and fulfilled
functions as Audit Manager from 1996. She qualified in 2006 and has been the
Group Financial Manager of Top Fix Holdings since 2009. She is a specialist in
Accounting, Auditing, Payrolls and Taxation with more than 10 years experience.
She has intimate knowledge of the Top Fix Group`s operations.
The board welcomes Liezel to the Topfix board and looks forward to her
contribution.
