The record date to participate and vote at the annual general meeting has been
changed from Monday, 19 March 2012 to Friday, 16 March 2012. Shareholders are
reminded that the annual general meeting of Zaptronix will be held at 10:00 on
27 March 2012 at the Company`s registered offices at Solutions House, Gazelle
