following the completion of the transfer of SABMiller`s Russian and Ukrainian
beer businesses in the context of the Strategic Alliance between SABMiller plc
and Anadolu Efes Biracylyk ve Malt Sanayii A._. ("Anadolu Efes"), Graham Mackay,
Chief Executive of SABMiller plc, joined the board of Anadolu Efes with effect
from 6 March 2012.
Anadolu Efes is listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
