DISTRIBUTION NO. 1")
Notice is hereby given that on or before 23 April 2012, the amount of the
notional distribution, if any, to be distributed by and re-invested into the
NEWFUNDS EQUITY MOMENTUM ETF, will be declared.
In accordance with the investment policy of the NEWFUNDS EQUITY MOMENTUM
ETF, all distributions received by the ETF on its additional Constituent
Securities (as defined in the Portfolio Supplement dated 12 January 2011)
are re-invested on behalf of investors by the purchase of the ETF of
additional Constituent Securities (in the weightings of the Equity Momentum
Index, thereby increasing proportionately the net asset value of each
participatory interest in the NEWFUNDS EQUITY MOMENTUM ETF.
