Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard
to a possible quarterly distribution to holders of PropTrax TEN securities,
for the quarter ending 31 March 2012.
2012
Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Friday, 23 March
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Monday, 26 March
Record date: Friday, 30 March
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date
will be made within 14 business days after the record date.
