Appointment of joint sponsor
Old Mutual is pleased to announce the appointment of Nedbank Capital, a
division of Nedbank Limited, as joint sponsor to the Company for the purposes
of the JSE Limited`s Listing Requirements, with effect from Friday, 9 March
2012. Bank of America Merrill Lynch SA (Pty) Limited remains as Old Mutual`s
lead sponsor.
