APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF HYPROP
Unitholders are advised of the appointment with immediate effect, of Gavin
Robert Tipper as an independent non-executive director to the board of
Hyprop. He will also serve on the Company`s Audit Committee.
Gavin has been involved in the financial services industry for more than 21
years. He was formerly a director of Coronation Investments and Trading
Limited and a technical partner at KPMG, South Africa.
Gavin is a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor`s degrees in commerce and
accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Masters in
Business Administration from the University of Cape Town.
Following Gavin`s appointment to the Audit Committee, Stewart Shaw-Taylor
will step down from the Audit Committee, where after the Hyprop audit
committee will be comprised exclusively of independent non-executive
directors.
