Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for block listings totalling 7,625,000 ordinary shares of US$ 0.10
each in the Company. These shares are being allotted to trade on the London
Stock Exchange and will be admitted to the Official List pursuant to the
Company`s obligations under the following schemes:
