CHANGES TO THE VIVIDEND BOARD OF DIRECTORS
RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Vividend board of directors ("the Board") hereby notifies Vividend
linked unitholders that Mr Giancarlo Lanfranchi has resigned as a non-executive
director with immediate effect. The Board takes this opportunity to thank him
for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
CHANGES IN FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board hereby notifies Vividend linked unitholders of the following
changes to the functions of directors serving on the Board, with immediate
effect.
Mr Alan Witt`s ("Alan") directorate designation will change from non-executive
director to executive director.
Alan holds an electrical engineering degree (BSc Elec Eng) from the University
of the Witwatersrand and has extensive experience in both property management
and property redevelopment, with specific focus on cost rationalisation, process
redesign and system streamlining.
Further, Mr Mark Sandak-Lewin`s directorate designation will change from
executive director to non-executive director.
