CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Enna Kruger has resigned as
Company Secretary of Basil Read with effect from 5 April 2012.
The Company would like to thank Ms Enna Kruger for her contribution to the board
of directors and the Basil Read Group over the past years and wish her well in
her future endeavours.
Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of the new company secretary in
due course.
