APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF REDEFINE
Linked unitholders are advised that Leonard Brehm has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director to the board and as a member of the audit
committee, with immediate effect.
Leonard was the National Chairman of Grant Thornton South Africa until
February 2012. He is a former chairman of Grant Thornton International
Limited. He has more than 30 years of accounting, auditing and high-level
consulting and commercial experience and is a well known commentator on
general commercial and corporate governance issues.
