DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SASOL LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES (HOT EDS) - ("SOLIHH")
The Directors of Sasol Limited have declared an interim dividend of R5.70 per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 16 April 2012 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 13
April 2012.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of SOLIHH will receive a Sasol Limited interim
cash dividend of R5.70 per security on Monday, 16 April 2012, in terms of the
Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec
Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate
in the dividend will be Wednesday, 4 April 2012.
SOLIHH Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Thursday, 5 April 2012 and the record date
will be Friday, 13 April 2012.
