CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATIONS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that Rodney James has resigned from the board of
directors of 1time ("the Board") as an executive director and as the CEO of
1time Airline Proprietary Limited ("1time Airline"), a major subsidiary of
1time, and that Michael Kaminski has resigned from the Board as an executive
director, both with effect from 12 March 2012.
Michael will be serving his notice period up until the end of May 2012, during
which time the Board will be undertaking the process to find a suitable
replacement for him.
The Board thanks Rodney and Michael for their contribution to the Group and
wishes them well in their future endeavours.
Shareholders are further advised that Blacky Komani, the CEO of 1time, has been
appointed as the CEO of 1time Airline with immediate effect.
