DIVIDENDS
Shareholders are referred to the notice dated February 27 2012 wherein a
normal interim cash dividend of 280,0 cents per share and a special cash
dividend of 80,0 cents per share has been awarded to members recorded in the
register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, April 13 2012.
Shareholders attention is drawn to the new dividend dates in respect of the
special dividend of 80.0 cents per share. The salient dates applicable to
the special cash dividend are as follows:
Last day to trade cum dividend Friday ,March 23 2012
First day to trade ex dividend Monday, March 26 2012
Record date Friday, March 30 2012
Payment date Monday, April 2 2012
Shares cannot be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, March 26
2012 and Friday, March 30 2012, both dates inclusive.
In respect of the normal interim cash dividend of 280.0 cents per share, the
