UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT
Further to the trading statement released earlier today, which reported expected
reductions in statutory headline earnings per share of 60% to 70% lower than
those of the prior half year and earnings per share of 75% to 85% lower than
those of the prior half year. Mvelaserve would like to clarify that the
reduction in the headline earnings _ and earnings per share is ascribed to once-
off write downs in the Cleaning and Catering businesses of the group. These once
off write downs will have an effect of between 16 and 20 cents on headline
earnings _ and earnings per share.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors and the company`s results for the half year ended 31 December 2011 are
expected to be published on or about 29 March 2012.
