DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP LIMITED (MTN)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
476 cents per MTNNIH share instalment that is payable on Monday, 02 April 2012.
The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 23 March 2012. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 26 March 2012. The
record date will be Friday, 30 March 2012.
