AND ANADOLU EFES ANNOUNCE COMPLETION OF STRATEGIC ALLIANCE
Following the successful completion of all share transfers, SABMiller plc.,
Anadolu Group (Anadolu Endustri Holding A._., Yazycylar Holding A._. and Ozilhan
Synai Yatyrym A._.), and Anadolu Efes (Anadolu Efes Biracylyk ve Malt Sanayii
A._.) today announce the closing of the transaction to form their strategic
alliance for Turkey, Russia, the CIS, Central Asia and the Middle East, which
was originally announced on 19 October 2011.
SABMiller now has a 24% equity interest in Anadolu Efes, which is listed on the
Istanbul Stock Exchange.
