DISTRIBUTION AND RE-INVESTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT - MONTH ENDED 29 February 2012
Further to the announcement published on SENS on 3 February 2011, a distribution
has been declared to holders of ETF securities ("investors") as at today,
Thursday, 15 March 2012 for the month ended 29 February 2012, in an amount of 7
cents per ETF security. The distribution is comprised entirely of interest
derived from the Index Constituent Securities (as defined in the Portfolio
Supplement dated 12 January 2011).
In accordance with the investment policy of the ETF, the distribution has been
re-invested on behalf of investors through the purchase of additional
Constituent Securities in the weightings of the TRACI Index, thereby increasing
proportionately the net asset value of each participatory interest in the
NEWFUNDS TRACI ETF.
