CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following a meeting of the board of directors held on 14 March 2012, the
board hereby announces the following changes to its composition with
immediate effect as required in terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements:.
Mr L Sipoyo, currently a non-executive director, is appointed to the audit
committee and Mr P Greyling, currently a non-executive director resigns as a
member of the audit committee but remains a member of the board.
Mr A Smith, the current CEO and chairman of the board has resigned as
chairman and Mr PM Jenkins is appointed as chairman to the board. Mr P
Jenkins hols a BCom and LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg
(previously known as RAU) and was admitted as an attorney and notary. He
previously was a partner of Webber Wentzel and currently serves as a director
of numerous listed companies. He is self-employed and provides business and
legal advisory services to a select group of clients therefore bringing a
wealth of experience to Moneyweb.
