relation to the BVT share instalment

SPECIAL DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the special dividend amount payable for THE BIDVEST
GROUP LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (BVT) and that as a result of the special
dividend declaration relating to THE BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES
(BVT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a special
dividend amount of 80 cents per BVTNIH share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 02 April 2012. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum special dividend is Friday, 23 March 2012. The
Share Instalment will commence trading ex special dividend from Monday, 26
March 2012, the record date will be Friday, 30 March 2012.
