CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of TCS ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Craig Whittle has resigned as Financial Director with effect from 14
March 2012. However, Mr Craig Whittle will remain on at the Company until the
audited annual financial results are released on SENS.
Mr Orapeleng "Lucas" Ramagaga, the current financial manager, has been appointed
Acting Chief Financial Officer pending the appointment of a replacement
Financial Director.
The Board thanks Mr Craig Whittle for his contribution to the Company and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
