REVISED FINANCIAL REPORTING SCHEDULE FOR THE 2012 CALENDAR YEAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 11 January 2012
regarding the Company`s Financial Reporting Schedule for the 2012 calendar year
and are advised that the Financial Reporting Schedule has been revised as set
out in the table below. The Revised Financial Reporting Schedule for the 2012
calendar year has been notified to the Romanian National Securities Commission
("NSC") and the Bucharest Stock Exchange ("BVB") as required by NSC Regulation
1/2006 and the BVB Rulebook.

for 2011:

Annual General Meeting: 26 April 2012
Presentation of the financial results for the 15 May 2012
1st quarter of 2012:
