RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors of the Company are pleased to announce that at the
general meeting of the Company held today, 16 March 2012, all the resolutions
tabled in the notice of general meeting, which notice was included and posted to
shareholders as part of the circular dated 16 February 2012, were unanimously
approved by the shareholders of the Company, present or represented by proxy.
The special resolutions, to the extent required, will be filed immediately for
registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
